ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION

The Indian Olympiad Council (IOC) and the English Language Proficiency Assessment System (ELPAS) are initiatives dedicated to fostering academic and linguistic excellence among students. Our organization strives to provide platforms that encourage critical thinking, conceptual clarity, and communication skills. Through IOC, we identify and nurture young minds with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in Science, Mathematics, English, and Computer Science. Through ELPAS, we empower students to master English language skills — reading, writing, listening, and speaking — with confidence and global competence. Our mission is to build a culture of learning that blends knowledge, skills, and values, enabling students to achieve excellence in academics and beyond.
